Annie is a Licensed Certified Social Worker- Clinical (LCSW-C) with more than 15 years of experience helping adolescents and adults reach their goals. Annie graduated from the University of Maryland School of Social Work and worked for 10 years at Kennedy Krieger Institute in the inpatient hospital, outpatient mental health clinic, and in the special education field. She accepts CareFirst Blue Choice and self-pay clients.
Annie currently works with adults and is passionate about providing LGBTQ+ and neurodiversity affirming care. She has experience helping adults with relationships, parenting, life transitions, co-dependency and those that identify as highly sensitive. She creates a safe space for all clients to feel heard and validated, using a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Brainspotting. Annie provides a calm and assertive voice to help her clients find their own.
